How To Make Request For Refunds

If your order has not been received until the estimated time given by the courier is related, then you can make a refund request based on your shipping receipt status.

A. Status of receipt is still in delivery

If your order does not arrive until within 5 days, you can submit a refund claim. Here’s how:

  1. Click on the top right side of the Unicuu main page, in the Purchase column select Confirm Receipt.
  2. Select the transaction to be complained by selecting the button and then selecting Yes.
  3. Select the items and problems that you want to complain in the Shipping Cost Constraints column and Product Constraints. Click Not Yet.
  4. Choose the problem Goods ordered have not arrived, write down the reason you filed a complaint, then can be adjusted the number of items you want to complain.
  5. Click the Continue button to Select Solution then select the solution I want to request my money back.
  6. Enter the nominal refund you want, the nominal amount entered does not exceed the nominal number of transactions.
  7. Click the Continue to Upload Proof button, you can attach a photo of the product with a maximum of five photos at a time. Then you can provide a description in the Reason column.
  8. Click Create Complaint then pop up a complaint summary notification, please click Complaint. Then you can discuss with the seller at the Resolution Center and will be assisted by Customer Care Unicuu if you press the “Request Help” button.
  9. If the seller approves the solution that you submitted, the complaint will be deemed complete and the funds will automatically enter Unicuu Balance or Tokocash or your credit card limit. If the seller does not approve the solution that you submitted, then Unicuu Customer Care will help provide the best solution for both parties.

  3. Click Complaint and a pop up notification appears and select Complaint.
  4. Select the items and problems that you want to complain in the Shipping Cost Constraints column and Product Constraints. Click Not Yet.

B. The receipt status has been sent but the item has not been received
